Back to basics - Putting on your bra
Whether you choose to fasten it at the front and swivel it to the back or put your arms in the strap first is entirely a matter of preference.

A major point people don’t do is to make sure their boobs are fully adjusted in the cups. To do this correctly you need to stand upright and lift each boob in to the cup, whilst making sure the band is flat against your rib cage.

Twist, turn, wave your arms about and everything should remain in place

The great support - The back strap
When it comes to support this is the key area of your bra. It is essential to get the best support when you have been blessed with bigger boobs.

Many women make the mistake of wearing the strap loose. This takes away most of the support that is required. See breast care. You need to be able to breath and move easily.

The back strap needs to be in a firm horizontal position. If the strap tends to ride up, you need a back size down.

My cup floweth over - The cups
There should be no part of your bust spilling out, either under the arm, under the band or over the top of the cup. If there is any seepage, the cup is too small.

Underwires should sit flat against the rib cage, with no pinching of the bust, and go under the arm. If the wire stands away from the body, then the cup is too small.

The underwires at the centre of your bust should also sit flat against the body. If they stick out the cup is too small.
