Delivery Information

Packaging
We send all our products out in plain wrapping, as the element of surprise is lost if logos and company details are on the outside.
Despatch
We aim to despatch all products, subject to availability within 24 hrs, with the exception of weekends and Bank holidays.
Postage (Standard) UK
All our products are sent by Royal Mail 1st class postage, (which, is included in our prices). You should expect to receive your order within 2–3 postage days.
Additional Postage Charges (UK)
If you require guaranteed next day delivery your order needs to be placed by 12 Noon Monday to Friday. (Royal Mail cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries). You should receive your order by 1pm the following day. Royal Mail will require a signature for your delivery. Your order can be tracked using this service. Cost for this service: £3.00
Postage (Europe)
Postage cost to European countries is £5.50
Deliveries take 3-5days
Postage (Rest of the World)
Postage cost to the rest of the world is £8.50
Deliveries take 5-10days
Customs & Excise
For countries outside of the European Union, local taxes may be charges. The recipient of the parcel incurs these costs. 2nd Skin Lingerie Ltd has no jurisdiction over such charges. Please also note that additional security checks may take place, which may result in a delay in receiving your order.
